Bob Kimmel is Chairman of AMRM and also has been the senior operating leadership position of K2 Insurance Services since its establishment in 2011.
Bob has over 25 years of experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry, prior to forming K2, Bob was Executive Vice President of Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC’s Program Manager Solutions Group Specialty. In this role, Bob was responsible for growing all revenues associated with Managing General Agencies (MGAs). He developed extensive relationships with MGAs and has a significant amount of experience in proactively identifying successful MGAs. In addition to MGAs, Bob maintains deep relationships with management teams of numerous issuing companies interested in program business.
Jeff LeGare is the President of American Mobile Risk Management, LLC (AMRM) and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of American Mobile. Jeff has over 29 years of experience in the property insurance and reinsurance market, working closely with insurance companies, managing general agencies and reinsurers to deliver innovative solutions to insurance companies across the United States. For the majority of his career, he has focused on catastrophe exposed property markets, developing a keen awareness of the issues that face companies focused on property insurance. Over the course of his insurance career, he has been involved in the formation and startup of nine new property related insurance companies.
He began his career in 1990 as a Reinsurance Analyst with E. W. Blanch Company and has held numerous client servicing and business development roles at Sedgwick Re, Collins and Guy Carpenter & Company, including branch management roles for both Collins and Guy Carpenter.
Matt Lubien is a Manager of AMRM and has over 23 years of experience in the program insurance field. He joined K2 in 2013, providing oversight for K2’s automobile and motorcycle programs. In 2014 his role was expanded to Chief Operating Officer of all K2 entities, overseeing the financial success of each operation.
Matt spent the first 22 years of his career at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, with roles in retail agency sales and distribution, underwriting, premium accounting, management of all personal lines filings as well as the actuarial department, and ultimately oversight of all personal automobile and motorcycle business as Senior Vice President.
Rob Byler is a Board Member of AMRM and a member of the Board for K2 Insurance Services. He also manages RByler Consulting, LLC, a consulting operation started November 2017. Prior to his retirement in 2015, Rob was CEO of the Schinnerer Group.
Rob has over 40 years of domestic and international experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry. He has held executive positions at multiple insurance carriers with a primary focus on creating value and driving growth for start-up and turn around operations. Rob has managed and underwritten traditional, E&S, and alternative risk products for small, middle market and national account business. He spent the last 25+years of his career in the Program space and has established, strong relationships with carriers and service providers including MGAs.
